It's a skill that increases the damage of your combo fists when  you punch. The more you level up, the higher the chance to KO, which will do 100 damage in one hit. Works while arrested, tough the base damage is still low. Does not work in Kombat.

Level 1: 5% Increase | 1,000 Karma

Level 2: 10% Increase | 4,000 Karma

Level 3: 15% Increase | 8,000 Karma

Level 4: 20% Increase | 12,000 Karma

Level 5: 25% Increase | 16,000 Karma

Level 6: 30% Increase | 20,000 Karma

Level 7: 35% Increase | 24,000 Karma

Level 8: 40% Increase | 28,000 Karma
