Cinema Owner

The Cinema Owner can use his cinemaCinema which is located by fountain near the Police Station. Follow the path to the left outside front of spawn or follow the right path from the back of spawn. He may use the projector within the cinema to play videos on the screen within, which functions the same as a very large TV.
