Mayor

The Mayor is chosen with votes, you can run for mayor in the "Jobs" category in the F4 menu if there are no current mayor. It costs 2.5k to run for mayor. The mayor is able to start lotteries, start lockdowns, bail people at will and do broadcasts instead of advertisements. You can use /broadcast for this.
