It is a skill that reduces the time it takes to craft items from the various Merchant'sLabs that Merchants can buy in the LabsF4 menu. Thishis skill costs karma which is obtainable through various activities in the game.
A level 1 Handyman skill.

Level 2: 5% Faster | 5,000 Karma
Level 3: 10% Faster | 10,000 Karma
