It is a skill that increases your run speed a percentage for each level. This skill will stack with the Police's Genome speed boost, however it will not surpass the max speed of 15%. Same as Police, Free Runner will not be affected due to their 15% boost. This skill costs karma which is obtainable through various activities in the game.
