It is a skill that decreases the volume of all footsteps. This includes crouching, walking, and running. Police and their Chief will also be affected by this skill, although their footsteps are naturally louder. This skill costs karma which is obtainable through various activities in the game.

• Level 1: 5% Quieter | 1,000 Karma

• Level 2: 10% Quieter | 5,000 Karma

• Level 3: 20% Quieter | 10,000 Karma

• Level 4: 30% Quieter | 20,000 Karma

• Level 5: 40% Quieter | 40,000 Karma
