Overview

The mayor is able to Change the Laws, start Lotteries, start Lockdowns, bail people at will and do Broadcasts for free in place of Advertisements (/broadcast message), however they may still use Advertisements.

The Police Chief, Police, and Detectives are all his subordinates, meaning he is able to order them around, and should they fail to comply with his orders, they risk demotion.
