Zipties

This item lets you take people hostage, use it on a player and if successful they will not be able to pull out a weapon or run very fast. You can also pick them up and carry them to your base where you can ask a ransom from them or someone else for their freedom.

To obtain this item you must either buy one from an Anarchist or BMD, or play as the Anarchist class which spawns with one.
