As the name of this is self explanatory - the chess boards located around the fountain on Danktown allow any 2 users to play a game of chess!
These friendly chess games can turn into a very-friendly wager as well! Upon starting you are prompted to enter a wager amount. You have the choice to risk it all, or play for nothing via dragging the slider - or manually inputting any amount!
This is the main chess board and is used to play the game. I recommend you have some prior knowledge when it comes to the game of Chess. You select any of your colored pieces, and you move them to any square that is colored purple upon selection.
This is the bottom UI that appears at the bottom of the game board. This displays a 10 minute running timer for each player and more options explained below.
Red X exits & forfeits you from the match.
Blue A disables the square letters & numbers from appearing.
Green Arrowflips your perspective on the board.
2D Board opens the chess menu inside of a 2D UI window.
Resign is essentially forfeiting the match.
Offer Draw will offer an offer to draw the match and end in a tie.
Draw (50 Moves) is eligible to be offered after 50 moves.
Draw (Repetition) is to prevent the game from never-ending. Only being eligible after a three-peat sequence.
The game ends either via the 10-minute player time expiring, or one of the players winning, duh.
