These are purchaseable through the F4 Menu in shops if you are a DJ. Only DJ's are able to interact with this, once you press E on it you can paste a youtube link to a song and then it will play.

Note: It will most likely require 64 bit or chromium version of gmod beta branch to be able to hear music.
