Dumpsters

Dumpsters are, as the name implies, dumpsters that are found around the map. Only Hobo's may use them by pressing E on the dumpster. When used they have a random chance to give you an item, you may also increase your chance of getting a better item by upgrading the Scavenger Skill. Once used, you must wait 3 minutes before you can use it again. These dumpsters do not share a server wide cooldown, only a personal cooldown.
