A designee is someone who is given authority over another class through agenda. Police chief, mayor, Hobo King, and mob boss may all appoint Designees through agenda, however mayor must ask Police Chief to edit the agenda for them. Designees may demote their subordinates for Insubordination, however mayor may not grant a designee power over the Police Chief
