Black Market Items are most typically items that are sold by the BMD. While there are some things like Money Printers that aren't exclusively sold by the BMD, most are. Any BMI put into an item shelf will make that shelf able to be arrested. BMI's are also raidables which means players are more likely to raid should you have any. Owning BMI's is illegal and should you possess such an item in front of an officer, they are likely to arrest you.
